An exciting and challenging opportunity has now arisen for an inspirational Sales Director to take responsibility for a c£80m p.a. business sector, through B2B and blue-chip end user, routes to market. The Sales Director will provide tactical and strategic leadership and direction to a team of 11, to deliver EBITDA by driving sales revenue, tonnage and margins and the further development of a value driven, high performing sales team.
We are seeking results driven candidates with the drive, enthusiasm, and experience of implementing, or working within, a professionally structured, corporate business with strong CRM and sales tracking mechanisms where he/she has developed sales teams to achieve success and key business objectives. A proven Sales leader, having managed high value £multi-million sales turnovers, your experience must have been gained in a high volume, competitive packaging environment.
With well-rounded process driven sales experience and demonstrable achievement of sales and profit growth, candidates must be tough negotiators with the gravitas and strength of character to command the respect of colleagues, the sales team and key customers.
