Manufacturing printed aluminium cans and can ends across 20 plants in 15 European countries, their innovative approaches allows them to offer a diverse portfolio of products and added value finishes, special effects and graphics. Their vision is to make the can the most sustainable package in the beverage supply chain.
In line with their continued successful growth strategy, Ball Beverage Packaging are now seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager who will identify and convert opportunities to replace other types of packaging with cans e.g. new beverage categories, such as water. This will require the development of effective relationships across the complete supply chain from co-packers and manufacturers to the Retailers, demonstrating added value benefits including sustainability.
Educated to a high standard, candidates will have a proven sales/business development track record in packaging, supplying a Beverage, Food, FMCG or Retail customer base.
Able to operate with high levels of autonomy as well as being a team player, he/she will demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for sustainable packaging and innovative sales, together with excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills, and the commitment, motivation and determination to succeed.
